Target Goes Pink and Gold

After all the holiday shopping conducted at Target I thought maybe I'd give the old Red Card a break. Then, I made the mistake of perusing their site for a particular rug and came across all the new and glorious Threshold items! Behold pink and gold fabulousness! I'm doomed!

Do you have a gold obsession like I do and need some personal restraint?

A Surprising Find

Sometimes when I'm looking for one thing I unexpectedly find something great! Don't you love it when this happens? While perusing Target online I ran across this piece of fabulousness!

This wood and brass cart can look like a similar upscale version after being styled. You just can't beat the $130 price tag when others are easily priced at $500 plus!

I'd be interested to see if this looks as good in person as it does on my computer screen. Has anyone seen one or have one in their home? Please share if you do!

Target Nails It Again

Have you been to Target in the last few weeks and noticed the new Threshold roll-out? Um, yeah! This new line is really killing it! I'm overly impressed by all the new furniture especially!

I purchased bar stools from Target almost 3 years ago when we moved into our home and they have held up fabulously! The quality really is great! I wish I could say that I needed new ones because these tufted cream ones are stunning!

How gorgeous is this velvet swoop arm chair? Loving this and the black herringbone colorway too!

I'm a total fan of this gray console table. The fretwork detailing gives it a more high end look. It also comes in a coordinating accent table.

This tray table makes a nice accent piece!

Who doesn't love a campaign style piece? This side table has to be my new favorite piece. Someone please by one! I have no place for it! You can't beat the $80 price tag!

Faux snake skin anyone? The gold hardware adds a classy touch!

Would any of these pieces fit your style and work in your home? I'd love to hear if anyone already owns one of them!

Target Love Lately

So Target has been totally killing it lately. Their Threshold line is simply fabulous and they are always adding new items.

I picked up this decorative item on my last trip. Now, I just need to take it out of the car and find a place in my home for it. The metal rolling around in the back of my car is quite annoying!

How about this brass hurricane? Have you seen them in your store? Of course they aren't carrying them at either store near me. Guess I'm going on a wild goose hunt!

What a great neutral throw pillow.

Also, absolutely dying to get my hands on this guy!

My store says it's in stock even though I didn't see them on Monday! Lets hope for a small miracle!

I might have ventured over to the clothing department last time I was in the store too! This super soft and cozy pullover looked so cute when I saw it on Instagram. I knew immediately my closet needed one.

These polka dot pants caught my eye too, but I ended up not purchasing them after debating.

It's hard to tell in the picture but they're mint and white polka dot. Guess I have a thing for mint right now!

Are you a Target lover like myself? Is so, what has caught your eye recently?

New Nate Berkus Love

While on one of my many weekly trips to Target I noticed Nate's new collection on shelves. Man, is he a genius! While my Target didn't have the whole line, online does so I went ahead and ordered the gold dipped vase. Hopefully the products will continue to trickle into the stores so I can see everything in person.

Have you seen the new line at your Target? If so, what caught your eye?

Frugal Friday Find

I've seen this Threshold throw from Target all over Instagram and Pinterest and couldn't help purchasing one for my home as well! It had me at herringbone and gray! Plus, you can't beat $39.99!

Serena and Lily's version of the herringbone throw is $250! I'm sure it's so soft and luxurious, and I love the tassel ends, but for that price, I could get all new bedding!

Have you seen Target's version? Maybe you've even picked one up.

Target Does It Again

How could anyone not love almost every piece of the Spring Cottage Collection at Target?! I mean, for realz! This store is becoming so in line with designer trends that they are going to break me! I'm probably going to need a bigger house for all the new items I keep purchasing or either therapy!

Target and Neiman Marcus

Say what? Neiman Marcus is coming to Target on December 1st? WOHOO! This is one of the best parterships since Missoni! Hopefully they step it up this time since they didn't for Nate. Poor cutie Nate Berkus!

Here are my picks from their 50 holiday gift items:

So glad my girl Tory Burch made the cut, although I would prefer something like shoes, a handbag, or jewelry. Don't really have the need to tote around a designer lunch box these days!

How adorable is that pink, Marchesa girls dress? It better come in Ava's size or else it will have to collect dust in the closet for a few years!

Some of the designers include:
Marc Jacobs
Lela Rose
Robert Rodriquez
Tracy Reese
&
Jason Wu

DECEMBER 1ST....
You know where I'll be!

Frugal Friday Find

Yesterday while at my home away from home, I stumbled upon these mirrored picture frames!

These are a great deal at only $14.99! They'll make a great Christmas gift as well.

I can't tell you how much I'm loving Target's new Threshold line! The rebranding of their Home products is superb!

Nate Berkus for Target

First off, I love Nate Berkus. He's adorable to look at and has a great eye for design. But, I can honestly say that I'm not that impressed by his line that came out Sunday for Target.

I really thought the shelves would be covered in his line, but it was extremely limited. There was one small end cap of his products and multiple shelves of Christmas decor already. I even checked out another store thinking maybe mine was just lame, only to find the same results.

I was interested in purchasing his new book, so I was quite excited to see it on the shelf still. That is the only thing that came home with me.

I can't wait to sit down and browse through it with a cup of coffee!

What are your thoughts on Nate's collection? Did you find anything that you're overjoyed about?

Good As Gold

Target never ceases to amaze me. They have a few new collections that are oozing with gold, cream, and gray goodness! Here are some of my top picks.

Anthro Look Alike

Have you seen these towels at Target?

or the coordinating rug:

They remind me of these Anthro towels that I've always drooled over, but at a fraction of the price.

I'm thinking of adding a few to my master bath to spruce things up a bit. They also come in an aqua version that's just as lovely.

Oh Fun, Pink Chairs!

How cute are these pink acrylic chairs from Target? They would be perfect in a playroom, or girls' room! For $45 you can't beat the price on 2 chairs!!! I'm still wavering on purchasing them for "A". Can't decide if her new big girl room really needs them or not.

The Shops at Target

Have you been to Target this week and seen the new boutique style shops?

I was there today and was quite pleased with them:
The Webster
Cos Bar
Polka Dog Bakery
Privet House
The Candy Store

The top 2 shops in my opinion are The Webster and Privet House, although I did pick up Lily some all natural dog snacks from Polka Dog.

Here's a peak at what I saw:

I picked up a small coral candle which is a total diy I'm adding to my list.

Loved the dress, but they didn't have my size so I'm ordering one. Got the cardi though.

Great dishwasher safe pieces. We desperately needed plastic plates and bowls so I picked up a few to add some pizazz to my cupboards. They are great for outdoor use too!

These trays were also really fun!

The candy was so so. I thought the lollipops were cute. They also had some containers filled with candy that would make great gifts.

This was no Missoni trip, but nice to see some new, fresh items at Target.

Plus, did you hear Nate Berkus has a line coming out at Target on October 21st? I'm guessing it could be crazy! I'll be there nice and early for sure!!

Missoni Loot

Did you head over to Target and fight your way through the screaming women and Missoni hoarders to see that only an eye mask or headband was left? Despite saying that I was going to be one of the crazy ones pushing and shoving to get to the goods, I wasn't. I actually had an obligation Tuesday so I didn't make it to Target until yesterday and I'm pretty glad. It was quiet and calm.

I hit up 2 Targets in my area and got a decent amount of loot. Baby A really profited from the trip.

She scored a cardigan, rain boots, and flats. All so freakin' cute! As soon as we got home she put on her cardigan and flats and was modeling them for me.

The boots look pretty stylish with her pajamas. She might be able to wear them by spring since they are still too big.

Yep, I like them mom! You rock!

The ballet flats were at the top of my list, so I'm super lucky I found them in my size. When I got to the 2nd Target yesterday about 2, there was a 7 1/2 and a 9 left. I was actually quite shocked to see them, but pumped that the 7 1/2 was going home with me. (Won't you sleep better tonight now knowing my shoe size!)

I also found the chunky heels. Can't wait to wear both of them. Kind of bummed that I didn't get this:

or this:

Whatev. I'm kind of over it now.

Also, I hope all those rude people that snatched up most of the goods and are reselling them on Ebay get stuck with thousands of dollars in merchandise. Way to ruin it for the rest of us!

Missoni for Target

MISSONI  @ TARGET ON Sept. 13th!

I'm going to knock everyone out of the way as I make a mad dash into the store right when they open. Not really!! I'm just kidding people. There are soooo many cute items that I'm planning on purchasing. I might even purchase some Christmas gifts. Besides, this is the closest I will ever get to Missoni so I better enjoy it.
Check out the complete lookbook here . There are over 400 pieces starting at only $2.99 which is music to my ears.

Here are some of my favorites:

And even a little something for my wee one!

Do you already have a list going of your favorites?
