Do you have any exciting weekend or Spring Break plans? The weather is supposed to be crummy here which means no outdoor time! 

I've been thinking about a new dresser for Ava's big girl room. I'm thinking about this one or maybe this lower priced version with gold hardware. 

Also, been drooling over this art print from Minted. The colors would add a nice punch above A's big girl bed.

In shopping news, J Crew is still having a sale on tees and shorts.

I love their 3" chino shorts and this season they introduced a 4" chino which I'm stoked about. 

I picked up this royal blue pair before our trip in January. 

This color also grabbed my attention:

Since it's chilly and rainy here this weekend I won't be busting out my shorts for a while. I am so ready to transition my wardrobe though! Hurry up warm weather.

My Weekend

Saturday I left for San Antonio for much needed girl time with one of my long time friends. Our weekend was packed full of fun that included lots of laughing, shopping, stuffing our faces, ordering a ton of items for her son's nursery, registering her, and much more! I feel like we accomplished so much in 3 days! Thanks for a wonderful time A!!

My Weekend

Here's what the little munchkin and I were up to this weekend.

She wanted to help Mama paint so badly! 

Looks easy, but it needed touching up so many times! I have one last thing to add, then I'll show you the final project later this week. I also painted a second board red for my friend's playroom that I showed you last week. 

Tomorrow I'll be showing you some inspiration for the big girl room in the works. 

Weekend Recap

Our 3 day weekend was packed full of fun. First we hit up IKEA for a little shopping. "A" found so many things she thinks she needs. Saturday we headed to a farm to pick berries and pick up some locally grown produce. There were also a lot of animals that "A" got to see in person for the first time. (farm pics to come) 

Sunday we joined our new church then enjoyed the outdoors. Yesterday was more fun in the sun with friends. "A"'s hot pink swimsuit is so stink in' cute !

This weekend is the all important Tory Burch sale. Yes, 25% off at my favorite store. This my friends could get dangerous! Here are some items I've got my eye on. Hopefully, they are in stock at the store. Now, I've got to go make myself presentable so I can head out and get my hands on these goodies!

My bestie is headed into town today. A and I are so excited for her visit. In fact, A has been running around screaming her name. It's so cute that she remembers her. Lots of girl time planned!

Going to check out old Navy to find this jersey knit. It looks so comfy that I can't resist.

We might go relive our high school days and see Titanic, but in 3D this go around. Maybe we will sneak in our own popcorn and soda again?!

Gotta swing by the paint store at some point and pick up samples for a client's bathroom.
