Fall Front Porch

There was one last project on my agenda and that was to make a large burlap bow for my wreath. Now, if you have ever tried working with cut burlap, then you know thats more like wishful thinking. The stinkin' stuff just pulls apart and makes a huge mess. Urgh! So in the end I got a bow about half the size as intended. Oh well. It will suffice. If that's the only project that went a wry, then I'd say the porch turned out pretty successful. Here it is in all its festiveness:

  3. Your wreath is so pretty and that welcome mat is too cute. I like burlap for runners too, but I've never worked with the fabric. Your info about it is good to know. Havev a good weekend!
